The Benbow Youth Film Collective is your chance to join a group of young people aged on a journey into film!

Starting again on 1st October 2025, the BYFC meets on Wednesdays (11-15 year olds) and Thursdays (16-19 year olds).

The courses are run by our Film Programme Learning Leader, Will Davies. Will is an experienced film maker and educator, with a specialism in sound recording. He has filmed in over 25 countries and is co-director of local production company, Whalebone Films. Will is joined by Guest Creatives and Industry Professionals from the world of film.

Dates
Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm for 11-15 years
From 1st October till 3rd December (excluding 29th October)

Thursdays, 5:00-7:00pm for 16-19 years
From 2nd October till 4th December (excluding 30th October)

Cost
£81 for the term
£9 per session for 16-19-year-old drop ins
