This Autumn we are recruiting two new posts as we prepare to launch our second venue in Summer 2024, the Benbow Arts Space. It’s an exciting time to join us following our hugely successful first year.
Programme Coordinator & Duty Manager
£25k - £30k per annum (dependent on experience)
1 year fixed term with potential to become permanent following review
Full time – 37.5 hours per week
You will organise and support the programme of creative learning for children and young people at our two venues in Hastings and St Leonards-on-Sea, and be responsible for the public opening and visitor welcome at the Benbow Arts Space.
You will be an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and an ability to build good rapport with a wide range of people. You will have an interest in and passion for the creative arts and the positive impact it can have on children and young people.

Film Programme Learning Leader
£21k per annum (£35k full time equivalent)
1 year fixed term with potential to extend following review
0.6 – 3 days a week / 22.5 hours a week
You will devise, plan and deliver a creative learning film programme for young people aged 11 – 21 years, inspired by our History of Cinema exhibition. This is expected to include school visits, growing and training a collective of young film makers, collaborating with industry leaders on short-courses and masterclasses, and providing work based learning and career pathway support for young people.
You may come from a teaching background or film-making background – but most important is that you can engage and inspire young people and deliver strong learning outcomes in film-making.
