To celebrate the launch of the Benbow Arts Space we are opening our doors for everyone to come and explore. Join us for this free workshop for young people!

Make a Film in a Day
Tuesday 28 May: 11-14 years
10am-4pm
Admission free but must be booked in advance

This is your chance to work with fellow film-lovers to help write, direct, shoot and act in a film over the course of one day!

You’ll start the day in our new film memorabilia exhibition, then you’ll take a look at some classic film scenes for inspiration. Working with industry professionals, you’ll contribute your ideas and talents to making your own creations!

The day will end with a screening which friends and family can join for. Whether you’ve made films before or never had the chance, we’d love you to join us. Booking essential.

Practicalities

• Please bring a healthy packed lunch each day
• Please wear trainers and comfortable loose clothing
• Please let us know if you need any support in travelling to and from the Benbow Arts Space
• The event is free but we'd appreciate it if you'd let us know if you're no longer able to come so that the place may be offered to others
